Hennessey Venom GT- You will be missed

It's a sad, sad day for us gearheads my dear friends. Because american car maker Hennessey announced few days ago that they have produced last example of their Hennessey Venom GT. It was produced through last six years in very, very limited production (only 12 cars through 6 years, 6 roadsters and 6 2-door coupes).  As we all know, I persume, it was based on Lotus Exige chassis and its twin-turbo 427 cubic-inch (7.0 l) GSM LSX engine produced  1451 BHP and 1745 Nm of torque. Numbers that can cause dizziness just by looking at them. Your only reaction when you read them can only be „WOW!!!“ or „What the ****“ with your mouth wide open or „I NEED IT!!!“. At least I had those reactions. All three of them. Thankfully to its monstrous engine it was (or is) capable of doing 0-60 MPH (0-100 KMH) in just 2.4 seconds, or in another words, in a blink of an eye. It also set a Guinness World Record for the fastest production car from 0-184 MPH (0-300 KMH) with average acceleration time of 14,51 seconds. It was very cool but expensive toy, each example costed over $1 000 000 dollars. But I think we all know, if anyone here had that amount of money, how we would spend it. Its not like we prefer a new house or vacation in Bahamas over this monster.

The only thing that's left to say is „Hennessey, we gearheads from all over the world, thank you for making this car and making our lives better this last six years. Goodbye, you will be missed.“

Goddamnit, I hate goodbyes.
